Customer & Partner support engineer

Come help our customers and partners get the best out of our solution.

 

What you’ll do

You will provide help and answers to our users so they can get the most out of our solutions. Your responsibilities cover:

  • Onboarding customers & partners: help new users get into the solution and understand how they can leverage every aspect of our features. Our product can seem complex and getting the best value out of it takes time.

  • Identify common issues: through your communication with users, you will get the best feedback on features and friction points. You will organize this feedback and present it to the technical team to improve the product.

  • Maintain our online knowledge base: to scale our solution, we built a repository of common answers and other pieces of knowledge that should be available to our users. With the growth of our offer, this online resource needs to be updated.

  • On-site support: sometimes we have to physically go and help customers or partners with their monitoring devices.

The new member we’re looking for ...

  • Likes to engage with people, a lot of the support activity is done one-on-one through different media.

  • Solve problems with a win: most of our users are expecting us to help them with simple or complex technology issues. They expect us to provide them with the best advice depending on their situation and issue at hand.

  • Has a technical background: we are providing data services through IoT sensors, a good understanding of IT technologies is a must to properly support our users.

  • Is a team player, be disciplined in working with others and getting your ideas challenged.

Position details

  • Experience: prior experience is a plus

  • Starting date: as early as convenient

  • Profile: Chinese native preferred

  • Language: Chinese (native), English is a plus
